Service Delivery Policy

At Metro Bharat, all orders are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post. We aim to deliver your order within 7 days from the date of order placement and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation, subject to standard delivery conditions of the courier company or postal authority.

Metro Bharat is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service or postal authority. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID you provided during registration.

Please note: If any shipping charges are applied by the seller or Metro Bharat, these costs are non-refundable.

Service Scheduling & Timing

  • Standard Services: Available within 24-48 hours of booking
  • Emergency Services: Available within 2-4 hours (subject to availability)
  • Scheduled Services: Can be booked up to 30 days in advance
  • Service Window: 2-hour time slots for your convenience

We aim to provide services within the agreed timeframe during booking confirmation, subject to service provider availability and weather conditions.

Service Delays & Limitations

Important Notice: Metro Bharat is not liable for any delays in service delivery caused by:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Traffic or transportation issues
  • Service provider emergencies
  • Customer unavailability at scheduled time
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In case of delays, our customer service team will notify you immediately and reschedule at your convenience.

Service confirmations and updates will be sent to:

  • The email address provided during registration
  • The mobile number provided during booking
  • SMS notifications for service reminders
  • WhatsApp updates (if opted in)

Service Charges & Fees

Please note: Any additional charges for materials, emergency services, or special requirements applied during service are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
