At Metro Bharat, we are committed to providing high-quality home services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we offer a comprehensive resolution process to ensure your concerns are addressed.

Our Promise: We stand behind the quality of our services and will work with you to resolve any issues within 48 hours of service completion.

Service Complaint Timeline

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and approve or reject the return within 2 business days.

Eligible Complaints

You can raise a complaint for the following issues:

  • Service Quality: Service not performed as per agreed standards
  • Incomplete Work: Service provider left work unfinished

  • No-Show: Service provider failed to arrive at scheduled time
  • Unprofessional Behavior: Inappropriate conduct by service provider
  • Overcharging: Charges different from agreed amount

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Important: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us.

Full Refund Scenarios:

Partial Refund Scenarios:

Re-service Policy

In many cases, we prefer to resolve issues through re-service rather than refunds:

  • Free Re-service: For quality issues or incomplete work
  • Different Provider: We can assign a different service provider
  • Upgraded Service: Sometimes we provide enhanced service at no extra cost
  • Flexible Scheduling: Re-service can be scheduled at your convenience

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note: Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Customer unavailability during scheduled service time
  • Complaints raised after 48-hour window
  • Service completed as per agreed specifications
  • Customer-requested modifications after service completion
  • Issues due to customer's property conditions
  • Emergency service charges (unless provider fault)
